list. A certificate of insurance is required from all vendors
along with verifiable references. (Hotel, Bar Services,
Caterers, Photographs, Lighting, Calligraphy, Printers) |

When you need a special events
or meeting planner team, contact The Publicity Queen Event
Team for professional results.
Our experienced team will assist your organization in all
aspects of the event for you or support your event with our
"Red Ribbon" Day of coordination services.
You'll receive cost proposals from our reviewed list of
vendors to keep a watchful eye on your budget. Prior to
final selection, we do site visits for verification and
logistics. We'll work with your organization as we get
closer to your event and keep you updated on our client
based web browser and reporting system. Our services
include a risk assessment for your organization including
issues such as parking, security. liquor, and vendor
exposure.
If you are opening up a new business, we work with you on
your grand opening strategy including press coverage,
invitation lists and design and on site coordination. Your
business only opens once and you should be acting as the
Host/Hostess. We'll organize the details.

Register your domain name (dot.com) before you start talking
about your plans with anyone. This way you'll know whether
it is available before you start printing invitations.
After the fact, you may have to incur costs if your domain
name isn't available. A website is a great way for
generating excitement and interest about your event. From
a logistical standpoint, it is a cost-effective tool for
reservations, directions, and last-minute updates.
